While we have a clear and defined focus in the markets and customers we serve, new opportunities and new markets continue to develop. Atlantic Energy continues to cultivate new joint-venture opportunities with refineries; storage facilities as well as other strategic initiatives for the purpose of leveraging its access to products.
CRUDE OIL
Atlantic Energy sources oil worldwide from a variety of organisations including production companies and national oil companies, with access to all the key crude grades. Our global network allows us to match crude grade to client requirements. We provide distribution solutions for producers, and assist refineries with tailored shipments and specialist financing. We offer commercial support with structured transactions, applying our risk management, financial and investment expertise.
Our crude oil trading specialists in offices around the globe have first-hand knowledge and expertise in the markets, maintaining relationships with key market participants—producers, refiners, logistics companies and storage experts.
FUEL OIL
Atlantic Energy is a trader of fuel oil supporting customers on a global basis. We have in-depth awareness of market, complemented with our worldwide network to provide real time market solutions. We offer commercial support with structured transactions, applying our risk management, financial and investment expertise.
Approximately 45 percent of the global fuel oil supply is used in bunkers powering large ships, 30 percent in power generation and heating with the remainder is used for refinery feedstocks. Atlantic Energy is able to respond to various requirements for high and low Sulphur from 0.3% to 3.5 of Sulphur content. We offer commercial support with structured transactions, applying our risk management, financial and investment expertise.
GASOLINE
Atlantic Energy supplies customers with the fuel specification applicable for their region, offering all grades of gasoline, premium unleaded petrol to super unleaded petrol widely used in the UK and Europe with standard blends from regular, mid-grade to premium used in the U.S markets. We offer blended ethanol and unblended gasoline. We supply the needs of gasoline distributors, re-sellers, and independent service stations. We offer commercial support with structured transactions, applying our risk management, financial and investment expertise.
MIDDLE DISTILLATES
Atlantic Energy supplies a full range of middle distillates including diesel, gas oil and jet fuel. We supply customers and work with our partners to match requirements globally.
Diesel is used today in trucks and trains with diesel engines, and most construction and farming equipment also have diesel engines. Military uses diesel fuel in tanks and trucks because diesel fuel is less flammable and less explosive than other fuels. Gas Oil is used for heating, machinery in the construction and agricultural sectors. Additionally it is commonly used as fuel to power machinery such as generators, as well as industrial heating. Atlantic Energy offers the most commonly used Jet Fuels for commercial and military aviation.
NATURAL GAS
Atlantic Energy continues to develop its natural gas capabilities in U.S. and other parts of the world to support the continuing expansion of the gas market. Typical customers include natural gas typically used for heating or generating wholesale electricity. We offer commercial support with structured transactions, applying our risk management, financial and investment expertise.

Atlantic Energy continues source and develop other markets to support customer requirements that include Naphtha, Petrochemicals, LNG, Sulphur, Frac Sand, Bitumen and Coal.
